6100 Red Hook Quarter: Seven Entities, One Address

Table of Contents

TLDR

At least seven Epstein-linked entities registered at a single address — 6100 Red Hook Quarter B3, St. Thomas, USVI 00802. This office served as the jurisdictional consolidation point for the U.S. Virgin Islands corporate cluster, handling everything from $606.9 million in investment flows to pseudonymous FedEx shipments signed for by a former Epstein employee.

The Address

Red Hook Quarter sits in the commercial district of St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands. Suite B3 at 6100 Red Hook Quarter is a modest commercial address that became the registered office for an outsized share of the Epstein corporate network. The entities registered there collectively processed hundreds of millions of dollars in wire transfers, held a special tax break from the U.S. Virgin Islands government (known as an Economic Development Commission, or EDC, tax exemption — a program designed to attract businesses to the territory with steep tax reductions), and received physical shipments addressed to pseudonyms (PAPER TRAIL Project, 2026a).

Seven Confirmed Entities

The following entities are confirmed at the 6100 Red Hook Quarter B3 address through corporate filings, Legal Entity Identifier (LEI) registrations (a global ID number assigned to financial companies so regulators worldwide can track them), wire transfer records, and the TD Bank suspicious activity report:

Southern Financial LLC — Epstein's primary investment vehicle, confirmed via its LEI record (549300KB8YL2XC7B4K14) (LEI Lookup, n.d.). Southern Financial processed $606.9 million in inflows and $194.7 million in outflows, making it the highest-volume entity in the financial network by an order of magnitude (PAPER TRAIL Project, 2026a).

NES LLC — The entity holding the 9 East 71st Street mansion changed its registered address from New York to 6100 Red Hook Quarter on October 16, 2013 (New York Department of State [NY DOS], 2013). This address migration moved the legal home of one of Manhattan's most valuable residential properties to the USVI.

JEGE LLC — Filed in the USVI on October 19, 2012, this aviation entity held the Gulfstream G-IV (tail number N212JE) and operated from the Red Hook Quarter address until its sale to Thomas Huff in June 2019 (PAPER TRAIL Project, 2026a).

F T Real Estate Inc. — Listed at 6100 Red Hook Qtr B3 with a FirstBank Puerto Rico account (7171030966). F T Real Estate wired $3 million to Darren Indyke's personal checking account for a "real estate transaction" — the purchase of 6030 Le Lac Road (PAPER TRAIL Project, 2026b).

Bella Klein TTEE — A Morgan Stanley trustee account held at the Red Hook Quarter address. Bella Klein, HBRK's assistant controller since November 1999, wired $1,060,882 from this account to Indyke's personal account (PAPER TRAIL Project, 2026b).

Southern Country International — Registered at 6100 Red Hook Quarters Suite B-3 with Epstein, Indyke, and Kahn as directors. The entity held a Charles Schwab account (14332170) and wired $1,657,830 to HBRK on July 31, 2019 — three weeks after Epstein's arrest (PAPER TRAIL Project, 2026b).

Financial Trust Company Inc. — Established in 1996 with Epstein as sole stockholder, this money management firm received the "JEANNE JAME DOE" pseudonym FedEx shipments signed for by Alfredo Rodriguez (PAPER TRAIL Project, 2026c).

The Eighth Entity

Southern Trust Company Inc. — the parent of Southern Financial — listed its address as American Yacht Harbor, Red Hook, St. Thomas. While not at the exact B3 suite, it operates from the same Red Hook commercial area, making the concentration even denser (PAPER TRAIL Project, 2026a).

Why One Address Matters

The concentration of seven entities at a single commercial suite has three implications.

First, it signals common control. Seven entities with the same address, overlapping officers (Epstein, Indyke, Kahn appear across multiple filings), and interlinked wire flows are not seven independent businesses. They are divisions of a single operation using separate legal wrappers (PAPER TRAIL Project, 2026a).

Second, it exploits USVI tax advantages. The EDC program granted a 90% income tax exemption to Southern Trust Company for "DNA database consulting" — a business the USVI Attorney General later found had no evidence of legitimate scientific work (USVI Attorney General, n.d.). Concentrating entities in the USVI created tax arbitrage — taking advantage of the gap between the low tax rates available in St. Thomas and the financial activity actually occurring in New York and Florida.

Third, it created a physical chokepoint. When FedEx shipments arrived at 6100 Red Hook Quarter B3 addressed to "JEANNE JAME DOE" at Financial Trust Company, the same small office processed them. The pseudonym shipment — a deliberate feminized "Jane Doe" for Jeanne Brennan — was signed for by Alfredo Rodriguez at the same address where Southern Financial's $606.9 million flowed (PAPER TRAIL Project, 2026c).

The Jurisdictional Design

The Red Hook Quarter address was not chosen for its office amenities. It was chosen for what the USVI offers: favorable tax treatment, less aggressive state-level regulatory oversight than New York, and a legal system where beneficial ownership structures (the real people who ultimately control and profit from entities) face fewer challenges. The seven entities registered there represent the offshore terminus of a financial architecture that began in Manhattan and ended in the Caribbean.
