Indyke and Kahn: All Domains

Table of Contents

TLDR

Darren Indyke and Richard Kahn are the only two entities that appear across every analytical domain in the corpus: wire transfers, corporate registrations, FedEx shipments, banking portal credentials, trust administration, and the TD Bank suspicious activity report. Their combined cross-domain density exceeds even Epstein's, making them the structural backbone of the network's financial operations (PAPER TRAIL Project, 2026a).

The Cross-Domain Test

The cross-domain synthesis engine (Script 25b) processes 232,083 events across six analytical domains and generates entity profiles showing which domains each entity appears in (PAPER TRAIL Project, 2026a). Of 898 cross-domain profiles, most entities appear in one or two domains. A handful appear in three. Indyke and Kahn appear in all of them.

This is not a function of name frequency. Many entities appear thousands of times in the corpus but only within a single domain — Deutsche Bank correspondence, for instance, or email metadata. Cross-domain presence requires that an entity left traces in structurally different record types: financial transactions, corporate filings, physical shipping, digital credentials, trust instruments, and regulatory filings. Indyke and Kahn are the only pair that did (PAPER TRAIL Project, 2026a).

Wire Transfers: $19.34 Million

At TD Bank alone, Indyke's IOLA (Interest on Lawyer Account — a special bank account meant for client funds held briefly in trust during legal proceedings) received $14.66 million in three wires from Southern Trust via Charles Schwab. Kahn's HBRK accounts received $4.68 million in seven wires from NES, Southern Trust, and Southern Country International, plus checks. Combined, they controlled $19.34 million in suspicious inflows documented in a single suspicious activity report (PAPER TRAIL Project, 2026b).

The IOLA designation raises professional ethics issues. An IOLA is meant for client funds held during legal proceedings — not for multi-million dollar flows from offshore entities. The $14.66 million passing through Indyke's IOLA suggests the account was repurposed as a financial conduit (PAPER TRAIL Project, 2026b).

Indyke also wired $2.84 million to Horizon Title Services in West Palm Beach for "closing costs for 6030 Le Lac Road" — a personal real estate purchase funded through F T Real Estate Inc. via FirstBank Puerto Rico. Kahn made three cash withdrawals totaling $62,400, including a $50,000 withdrawal on May 7, 2019 that triggered a Currency Transaction Report (a mandatory filing for cash transactions above $10,000), two months before Epstein's arrest (PAPER TRAIL Project, 2026b).

Corporate Registrations: 16+ Entities

Indyke appears as officer on at least 10 entities: Southern Trust, Hyperion Air, Gratitude America, NYSG LLC, NES LLC, JEGE Inc., Butterfly Trust, Freedom Air, Southern Country International, Birch Tree Br, and Harlequin Dane. Kahn appears on Southern Trust, Gratitude America, Butterfly Trust, NES LLC, HBRK Associates, and Southern Country International (PAPER TRAIL Project, 2026c).

Together, they held officer positions on 16 or more distinct legal entities spanning five jurisdictions: New York, Delaware, Florida, the USVI, and international. This is not investment portfolio diversity. It is operational infrastructure.

FedEx Shipments: Physical Logistics

Both appear in FedEx records through NYSG LLC at 457 Madison Avenue and through JEGE-related aviation logistics shipments between 2000 and 2005. The FedEx domain connects their names to physical package movements — procurement, aircraft parts, document transfers — that complement the electronic financial flows (PAPER TRAIL Project, 2026d).

Banking Portal Credentials

OBS-2 documented that Richard Kahn's Deutsche Bank portal credentials were captured across eight or more duplicate document seizures: USERID 867730320z, account number 867730320, linked to Southern Financial LLC (PAPER TRAIL Project, 2026e). These documents were released by the DOJ in Data Set 10. They show not just that Kahn had banking authority, but the specific digital credentials he used to exercise it.

Butterfly Trust: Co-Trustees and Beneficiaries

Both Indyke and Kahn served as co-trustees of the Butterfly Trust and are named as beneficiaries. After Epstein's death, approximately $13 million flowed into the trust and was moved to three new entities with Indyke, Kahn, and their spouses as beneficiaries (PAPER TRAIL Project, 2026c).

The USVI Attorney General's amended lawsuit targets this post-death asset transfer as self-dealing (PAPER TRAIL Project, 2026f). The Butterfly Trust itself disbursed $2.65 million through 120-plus wires to women with Eastern European surnames. Indyke and Kahn were the fiduciaries responsible for authorizing those disbursements (New York State Department of Financial Services, 2020).

TD Bank SAR: Named Subjects

Both are named subjects in BSA-31000155070501, the 29-page TD Bank suspicious activity report documenting $47.3 million in suspicious activity across 25 subjects. The report maps the complete wire flow network between Deutsche Bank, TD Bank, Charles Schwab, FirstBank Puerto Rico, and Morgan Stanley. Indyke and Kahn appear as nodes in nearly every pathway (PAPER TRAIL Project, 2026b).

What Cross-Domain Presence Means

Most people who interact with a criminal network leave traces in one domain. A wire recipient appears in financial records. A package sender appears in shipping records. A corporate officer appears in registration filings. The traces are isolated because the interaction is limited (PAPER TRAIL Project, 2026a).

Indyke and Kahn are different. They are not participants in one aspect of the network. They are the connective tissue that binds the aspects together. The lawyer who signs the corporate filings is the same person whose IOLA receives $14.66 million, whose name appears on FedEx shipments, who co-manages the trust that paid alleged victims, and who is named as a subject in the regulatory filing that documents the entire suspicious pattern (PAPER TRAIL Project, 2026b).

Of 898 entities with cross-domain profiles, 9 are classified as investigative leads (PAPER TRAIL Project, 2026a). Indyke and Kahn appear in the densest cluster of those leads. The cross-domain synthesis does not name them as suspects — that is for prosecutors. It identifies them as the entities whose removal from the network would sever the most connections between domains. In network topology terms, they are the highest-constraint brokers — the entities that bridge the most gaps between otherwise disconnected groups — in the system (PAPER TRAIL Project, 2026g).
