Larry Visoski: Chief Pilot, Corporate Officer

Table of Contents

TLDR

Lawrence Visoski served as Epstein's chief pilot and appeared as officer or manager on four aviation entities: JEGE Inc., JEGE LLC, Hyperion Air, and Plan D LLC (PAPER TRAIL Project, 2026a). He managed a fleet that included a Boeing 727, two Gulfstreams, a Sikorsky helicopter, and a Bell 430 -- and signed the post-death sale of the S-76C helicopter. The N212JE tail number was recycled between two airframes under his management, requiring date-based disambiguation in flight log analysis (PAPER TRAIL Project, 2026b).

More Than a Pilot

Chief pilot is a title that suggests someone who flies aircraft. Lawrence Visoski did that. But the corpus reveals a role that extended far beyond the cockpit. Visoski appeared as officer or manager on four corporate entities, all of which held or managed Epstein's aircraft: JEGE Inc. (Delaware, filed September 7, 2000, ceased April 11, 2018), JEGE LLC (USVI, filed October 19, 2012), Hyperion Air Inc. and LLC (Delaware), and Plan D LLC (USVI) (PAPER TRAIL Project, 2026a).

These were not honorary positions. Each entity held specific aircraft registrations with the Federal Aviation Administration, and Visoski's management role meant he was the person responsible for aircraft transactions, maintenance logistics, and regulatory compliance.

The Fleet

Under Visoski's management, the Epstein fleet included at least six aircraft: the Boeing 727-31 (N908JE) -- the aircraft that became known as the "Lolita Express," a Bell 430 helicopter (N331JE), a Sikorsky S-76C++ (N722JE), a Gulfstream G-IIB (N909JE), a Gulfstream G-IV (registered as both N120JE and N212JE), and a Gulfstream G550 (also registered as N212JE) (PAPER TRAIL Project, 2026a; Federal Aviation Administration [FAA], n.d.).

The N212JE tail number recycling is particularly important for investigators. The G-IV carried N212JE from July 2013 to August 2017. The G550 received the same N212JE registration from January 2018 to March 2021 (PAPER TRAIL Project, 2026b). Any flight log entry mentioning N212JE requires date-based disambiguation to determine which physical aircraft was flying. This is not an academic concern -- the two airframes are different models with different range, capacity, and operational characteristics.

Pre-Arrest Asset Dumps

JEGE LLC, which held the Gulfstream G-IV, was sold to Thomas Huff in June 2019 -- one month before Epstein's July 6 arrest. This sale is part of a broader pattern of pre-arrest asset movement documented in the corpus (PAPER TRAIL Project, 2026a).

Plan D LLC, which held the Gulfstream G550, was sold in December 2020 to Six G Aviation LLC, which then transferred it to N550GP LLC. The G550 was later listed at $16.9 million and, notably, was used by the Trump presidential campaign in 2024 (PAPER TRAIL Project, 2026a). Both N550GP LLC and Industrial Integrity Solutions LLC (the buyer of the S-76C helicopter) share the same Ontario, California 91764-5496 address, suggesting a single post-Epstein disposal entity acquired multiple aircraft.

The Post-Death Helicopter Sale

Visoski signed the post-death sale of the Sikorsky S-76C++ helicopter (N722JE) from Hyperion Air LLC to Industrial Integrity Solutions LLC in May 2021. This transaction occurred nearly two years after Epstein's death, meaning Visoski was still executing corporate transactions for Epstein entities well into the estate settlement period (PAPER TRAIL Project, 2026a). His signature on the sale document confirms his continued authority over the aviation entities even after the principal was dead and the co-executors were facing allegations of asset concealment.

The FedEx Connection

Visoski's home address -- 1131 Pine Point Road, West Palm Beach, Florida -- appears in the FedEx records. Carl Hough shipped a package to this address on Epstein's FedEx account on May 20, 2002. Two additional shipments were sent to Singer Island, Florida, also associated with Visoski (PAPER TRAIL Project, 2026c). These shipping records place Visoski in the physical logistics network, receiving packages billed to the same FedEx accounts that processed 2,894 shipments for the broader operation.

FedEx reference fields containing JEGE identifiers -- "2 ENGINE JEGE," "WON3286 JEGE," and tail number N908JE -- confirm that third-party shipments were used for aircraft maintenance logistics. Visoski, as the chief pilot and aviation entity manager, was the logical recipient for aircraft parts and maintenance materials (PAPER TRAIL Project, 2026c).

4,286 Flights

Visual language model extraction from unredacted flight logs recovered 4,286 flights with 392 unique passenger names at zero errors (PAPER TRAIL Project, 2026d). As chief pilot, Visoski would have been at the controls for many of these flights. The flight logs document not just where the aircraft went, but who was on board -- and the pilot who flew them there is both a witness to every passenger manifest and a participant in every trip.

The redacted flight logs -- a separate set -- yielded 1,119 flights with 26 errors, a 2.3% error rate caused by initial-only passenger entries. The distinction between redacted and unredacted logs matters: the unredacted logs provide full names, while the redacted versions provide only initials that require cross-referencing against known associates to resolve (PAPER TRAIL Project, 2026d).

The Aviation Layer

Visoski represents the aviation layer of the Epstein operation. While Indyke managed the legal entities and Kahn managed the financial accounts, Visoski managed the physical assets that moved people between properties. The aircraft were not incidental to the operation -- they were the logistics infrastructure that connected New York, Palm Beach, Zorro Ranch, St. Thomas, and international destinations into a single operational network.
