Disclosures
Effective Date: March 10, 2026
Epstein Revealed is a publication of Subthesis. The following disclosures describe the nature of our reporting, our sourcing standards, and the limitations of the information presented on this site.
Nature of Content
All content published on Epstein Revealed is documentary analysis. Our reporting presents what publicly available records show — nothing more, nothing less. We do not make accusations, render legal judgments, or draw conclusions beyond what the documents themselves support.
Source Material
Our reporting is derived exclusively from:
- Court filings and dockets from federal and state proceedings (SDNY, SDFL, USVI, and others)
- Publicly released depositions and testimony obtained through litigation or FOIA
- Government records including flight logs, property records, corporate filings, and financial disclosures
- Law enforcement documents that have been officially released or entered into public court record
- Legislative records including congressional letters, hearing transcripts, and bill text
We do not rely on anonymous sources, unverified leaks, or social media speculation.
Verification Standards
All claims are subject to a tiered verification framework:
- Tier 1 — Direct Documentary Evidence: The claim is stated explicitly in a primary source document.
- Tier 2 — Corroborated Evidence: The claim is supported by multiple independent primary sources.
- Tier 3 — Analytical Inference: The claim is a reasonable inference drawn from documented evidence, clearly labeled as such.
- Tier 4 — Contextual Background: Supplementary context drawn from credible reporting, clearly distinguished from primary-source findings.
Each article identifies the evidence tier of its core claims.
What Inclusion Does Not Mean
A person's name appearing in documents referenced by this site — including flight logs, contact books, financial records, or deposition testimony — does not imply that person engaged in criminal conduct. Many individuals listed in these records had lawful professional, social, or incidental connections. We report who appears in the documents and in what context. We do not equate appearance with guilt.
No Legal Advice
Nothing on this site constitutes legal advice, legal analysis for the purpose of litigation, or a legal opinion. Our content is journalistic in nature.
Editorial Independence
Epstein Revealed operates with full editorial independence. No external party has editorial approval or influence over what we publish. We have no affiliation with any law firm, government agency, political organization, or party to any Epstein-related litigation.
Financial Disclosure
This project is funded by Subthesis. We do not accept payment from subjects of our reporting, parties to related litigation, or political organizations. We do not run paid sponsored content.
Corrections Policy
We are committed to accuracy. If an error is identified in any published article, we will issue a correction promptly and note the change at the top of the affected article. To report an error, contact us through the channels listed on our About page.
Victim Considerations
We recognize that the Epstein case involves real victims of serious crimes. Our reporting is conducted with awareness of this fact. We do not publish identifying information about victims unless that information is already part of the public record and the individual has chosen to speak publicly. Where possible, we defer to victim privacy.
